why are you doing it

In IT projects, a wide variety of technical and business issues arise every day. We believe that if engineers dispatched individually try to handle this, various distortions will occur.

For example, each engineer has their own areas of strength and areas of weakness. If you are good at something, you can work efficiently, but if you are bad at something, it will take more man-hours.
For example, it becomes difficult to develop a career as an engineer. Technology is constantly evolving, and new technologies are being created every day, but the more talented the engineer is, the more likely they are to be rated highly by customers and not be retained.
