“I want to change the SES industry” - overwhelming freedom
efforts to obtain it.
Originally, I was in the business of temporary staffing, which had nothing to do with IT. I was impressed by the company's systems and wanted to join the information systems department, but that didn't happen, and when I started to feel unwell, I changed jobs to the systems industry, which I had wanted to do when I was 25. I gained experience as an engineer for about five years, but I started to feel the distortions in the industry, so I turned to freelance at the age of 30. I started Innovectory when I was 32 years old.
The system company I joined when I was 25 was a subcontractor to a general contractor, and the environment was a little different from what I expected. Therefore, even one person can do it! I wanna try! When I started to think that way, I quit my job and became a freelancer. Thankfully, the company was highly praised by customers, and when I was 32 years old, I was asked to incorporate it and started my own business.
Actually, I believe that everyone in a company needs to be heading in the same direction. However, the current trend is to be stationed at a customer site, where you work with people from different companies, and everyone has different needs and future directions. Furthermore, it doesn't make sense to me that I can't get a fair reputation for my business. When I was 25 years old, the systems company I dreamed of joining was similar. Also, as someone who used to work as a dispatch salesperson myself, dispatched people naturally don't feel good about it, and it's hard to feel like they belong to the company, so I want to do something about this.
Some people may find themselves in this industry thinking, ``Something is different from what I expected...'' after joining the company. I started my own business because I felt this way after changing jobs. I believe that if engineers could work more freely, we would be able to create better products and be able to contribute to our customers even more than before! I would love to talk to anyone who can relate to this idea, regardless of age or experience. We are looking forward to your application, as casual forms are fine.
